It is a coffee blend consisting of four qualities of Arabica coffee, selected from the origin, from Central/South America, and a top-grade Robusta coffee from Asia. Said qualities are roasted separately using a "High quality" program designed to ensure exceptional consistency in qualities. The percentages are: Arabica Coffee 65% - Robusta Coffee 35%. Air-cooled, they are ensiled for a week in order to develop by "seasoning" the right aromas for a perfect blend. Production is carried out in accordance with European regulations.
